Licensed in NH, Yvonne has over 15 years of diverse experience in customer and owner services, finance, property construction, development, and management. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Yvonne was involved in three major condominium construction projects in the Hampton area and spent 4+ years assisting with the construction and on-going property management of commercial pharmacy buildings in New Hampshire and Maine.

Yvonne’s goal is to provide the highest level of care for each client so that every experience is overwhelmingly positive and results in customer delight! Yvonne recognizes and values the trust clients place in her to assist with accomplishing their goals while building a strong relationship. Yvonne’s other interests include staging homes and collaborating with customers on designs to improve a property.

Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, Yvonne moved to the Seacoast during high school and has remained in the area with her family. She has maintained an accounting business for over 20 years and is the Executive Director/Manager of The Surf Club of Rye, a seasonal private club.
